Farragut Invests in BOOM! by Cindy Joseph

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Farragut Capital Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of an investment in BOOM! by Cindy Joseph, LLC, the leader in “Pro-Age” color cosmetics and skincare products. 

Farragut provided subordinated debt and made an equity co-investment to support the majority recapitalization of BOOM! by Juggernaut Capital Partners and management.  Senior debt financing was provided by Alliance Partners.

BOOM! sells a growing portfolio of color cosmetics and skincare products.  BOOM! offers a pared-down, easy-to-use and fast-to-apply line of multi-purpose cosmetic products that serve as a woman’s entire makeup bag, including foundation, blush, lipstick and more.  The Company complements its revolutionary color cosmetics line with an expanding selection of high-performance skin care products, including moisturizers, serums and cleansers.  BOOM! was founded by the late Cindy Joseph, a make-up artist who became a fashion model in her 50s, and Ezra Firestone, an ecommerce expert who is also the company’s CEO.
